CIQ Resourcing conduct our placement and recruitment activities to the highest professional standards. The following are our Codes of Practice.
For Clients
- We will agree clear terms of business at the start of an assignment
- We will only put forward suitable candidates with relevant experience and qualifications
- We will submit details of candidates only in respect of registered vacancies or expressed areas of specific interest
- We will not solicit contractors or staff with a view to finding them alternative employment
- We will not deliberately attempt to induce any candidate to leave his or her employment where CIQ Resourcing has been responsible for effecting that placement.
For Candidates
- We will agree clear terms of business at the start of an assignment
- We will always consult with a candidate before forwarding their details to a client
- We will only submit a candidate’s details for placements we believe are suitable and realistically attainable
- We will update candidates on progress in a timely fashion
- All our Consultants, Associates and Contractors work through their own Ltd company or via an umbrella company. We will pay all invoices in a timely fashion.
Data Protection Policy
All candidate details are processed in compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
In particular:
- We keep our data secure and protect a candidate’s personal information
- Only the CIQ Resourcing team have access to a candidate’s personal data in order to help the placement and recruitment process
- We will not send a candidate’s CV to a client without a candidate’s prior knowledge and approval.

The Association of Recruitment Consultants
We are a member of The Association of Recruitment Consultants (ARC). The aims of the ARC are to promote agency and recruitment work as a positive attribute, to support recruiters and represent the industry.
